Test occlusion render of the bathroom scene. Looks a bit dark on this monitor I'm using at the moment, but looks much brighter on the uni computer screens. Since no two screens are alike, it is hard to judge. The environment is a disaster at the moment. It was recommended at the beginning of the semester to use referencing. I can see how it is meant to work and should work, but as with a lot of Maya it is incredibly buggy. Now I will have to dismantle the referencing system without having to retrace too many steps. It can be done, it will take an awful lot of time to do it.
The caterpillar is pretty much finished being animated. He just needs to be imported into his scenes and he's ready to go. No more caterpillar-rail.
